Each Christmas Dinner comes with a choice of one or two meats.
 
Large Family Meal comes with a choice of two meats:
15lbs - 20lbs Garlic & Herb Fried Turkey; Spiral Ham with a brown sugar glaze; Large Smoked Brisket w/BBQ Rub or Southside Jerk Rub; Pot Roast with veggies and rice.
 
Full serving pan of sides:
Greens (with or without smoked meat--turkey or pork)
Cornbread or Oyster Dressing
Macaroni & Cheese
Candied Sweet Potatoes
Tossed or Potato Salad
